Charlcombe Parish Council discharges its duties and powers within the law and according to its governance policies. These policies are reviewed annually.
The rules governing the behaviour of Parish Councillors are set out in a Code of Conduct which can be opened by clicking on this link. The Code of Conduct was last updated in November 2012 in accordance with Government and B&NES policy.

Notice of Public Rights for 2022 Audit
The notice of public rights to inspect the PC’s audit records commences on Friday 1st July and ends on Thursday 11th August
From 2018, smaller authorities with a turnover of less than £25,000, will be exempt from external audit, but will have to complete and publish the same forms and information. PKF Littlejohn has been appointed to act as our external audit authority from 2018 onwards.
